At Rhizome Collaboratives, I see organizations as living systems: interconnected, relational, and constantly evolving.
The way people work together, make decisions, allocate resources, and carry out their work shapes the health of the organization and its people, as well as its ability to create social impact.
Drawing from my background in business operations, project management, and sustainability, I provide hands-on support to help impact-driven organizations strengthen their operations, move special projects forward, and turn ideas into practice.
